  1. Thank you very much Alisters!
I install A7S 709 LUTS v2 on my FCP X and it’s works very well. Your work is amazing because your LUT are better than I found.
My prefer LUT for high light, sky and clouds is your “AC_A7S_709_3over ».
My prefer LUT for low light, music show is your « AC_A7S_709 ».

      1. Hi Alister

I want to match my C300 and FS5 for a small corporate drame shoot is this possible and could you help.

        Thanks

  2. Thank you for creating these. Its funny because a lot of what you did, I do already for my color jobs. I’m going to apply them to a color job I just did and see how much I suck. haha Let me know if you come out with more. Oh and are they able to be used in Davinci Resolve or just FCPX Lut buddy?

  3. Hi, Thierry.

Which plugin you use to install all the AC_A7S 709 LUTs, to use on FCP X? ‘Cos here is not working (.cube / ?) and I don’t know how to install.

    Thanks

  4. Hi,

Thanks for creating those lut’s. Im wondering if anyone has tried using these with the Small Hd 502?

    /Palle

    1. You use the Lumetri Color filter. Then go to Basic Correction and go to the Input LUT drop down and navigate to where you saved the LUT’s.

  5. I just got my camera Sony a6300 just the body
I wonder what lens is perfects for church videos and picture I’m new to all this , I love the look you did on that video how can I do that

  6. Just trying LOG in general for the first time and you saved me a ton of hassle. The Lumetri SLOG2 “profile” LUT in Premier CC just was not looking remotely decent. I assume user error.

You saved me a ton of time.

    1. The Lumetri SLOG@ profile is not very good and the conversion from Log to 709 is taking place as the first process in the correction process when really it should be the last.

  7. Hi I just download the LUT, and then what should I do? I have MAC and the files on my finder. After opening Premiere CS6, what do I do?
    Thank you

    1. You really need Premiere CC to handle XAVC correctly. If you are using AVCHD you are not going to get a good result.

  8. Alister, thanks you so much for your hard work putting these luts together and available! I loaded them up on my A7S2 and they really look great. Cheers!

  9. Thanks, they work great. I installed them in my Adobe Premiere Pro Lumetri folder
    C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015.3\Lumetri\LUTs\Technical
and they are now permanently available. Cheers

  10. Hi Alister I’m wondering if it’s possible to use the LUTs to match Sony PMW200 with A7S2? I’m not sure how?

    1. You would have to build your own LUT’s for both cameras, which would not be a trivial task, but it could be done. Tey will never look exactly the same though as they are very different sensors.

  11. Hey Alister.

First off thank you for your work on these LUTS. I have been using them for over two years now and I can say they have definitely taking many of my edits to that next level.

Unfortunately I am having some difficulties with using them on Premiere Pro 2020. For some reason when I click on any of the luts in the Basic Correction tab and try to change it to say 2, or 3 over, it doesn’t actually change the look of it. They all look identical.

I’m not sure if this is something to do with Premiere or a .cube compatibility issue, but was wondering if you had any thoughts on how to fix this.

    Many thanks!
