Thanks for trying..problem solved.. I had to adjust the "Start at login" settings for the macbook.
It didnt have anything to do with the xdcambroser..somehow it was selected in my macbook settings
to start the program at login. I just unchecked it and now it is fine.

Hi fellow PMW users
I have just noticed that everytime I start my Macbook Pro, xdcam browser just opens up!! I can't find any settings to stop this.
Any help please. Checked the preferences in the browser meny but no luck.

I have also noticed another problem..first time I used it in FAT 35mbps mode..and the audio from external mic is full of hiss..Camera's built in mic osund is normal..
anyone had this problem?

Found the problem..! In the Menu(OTHERS) one has to select PART instead of ALL to change these settings..

Hi Thanks for your help..I am not keeping the menu on! however resetting did help but it is still weird..Now in Full Auto Mode off it stays in preset 3200 only..cant change..cant white balance.. same applies to Gain switch..it throws CAN NOT PROCEED dialogue..More help please.

hello..I am new to PMW200..cant seem to get whit balance toggle switch to work..I dont seem to get preset setting..even when the camera is NOT in full auto mode the toggle switch does not show preset fix balance..in other words even in preset if I press the while balance button in front of the camer...
