Help with a good PP for BBC news

Hi ,
the last month I started working for BBC world news as a freelancer.
I think I will use my EX3 , does anyone knows a good PP for this kind of filming ? News , indoors outdoors , broadcast safe picture ?

Any hepl will be usefull !
