Re: FS700 200fps flicker florie lights
It really depends on the lights. Proper high speed flicker free florries will be OK, but normal office lights will quite likely flicker.

Re: FCP getting close suddenly.....
FCP 7 is very poor at handling any kind of Mpeg 4 file. I would use a different edit software for mpeg 4. FCP-X or Premiere is much better for mpeg 4.

Re: SWITCHER
You probably want a switcher with HDSDI but without knowing more about exactly what features and functions you need it's impossible for anyone to suggest a specific model.

Re: weird results from filming a blue LCD
This is probably due to the use of a blue LED as the backlight source. Blue LED's emit light well into the ultra violet spectrum and this intense UV light causes problems for most cameras. As yet I don't know of any fix for this. It also occurs with blue and purple LED lights used for stage lighting.

Re: PMW-F3 Reds are over saturated
What are you editing with. I've not seen reds blow out like that. It may be your edit software clipping the luma as it looks a little over exposed. Also your knee settings may need looking at.

PMW-400

Re: maximum cleep count for PMW-200
Yes this is normal. There is a maximum number of files that can be stored on a single card or optical disc with XDCAM.

PMW-F55 4K raw sample clips.
For your pleasure and delight I have uploaded a couple of short 4K raw files for you to play with. Deliberately push the exposure to the limits. You can use the free version of Resolve Lite to play with the clips.

Re: Where is the backfocus screw or button?
The F3 has a backfocus adjustment screw. Maybe the F3's backfocus is out?
