Re: Back Focus EX1r
Any FB settings are stored in the cameras internal memory, this does not use the lithium cell, so the settings should be remembered regardless. Re: noise in dark areas and shadows even with the odyssey 7Q
All cameras will have some noise. The FS700 is not noise free, but compared to most cameras it is low noise. Getting your exposure right is very important and minimising the amount of gain used.

Re: PDW-F350 filter unit glass problem
It could be fungus, similar to the fungus that can effect lenses and filters. How old is the camera, the F350 came out in 2006, so they could be 8 years old now. The filter performs several functions, Low-Pass anti-aliase, UV and IR cut, plus color correction. I believe it's made up of a couple of l...

Re: Help!! PMW-500 Error Message
Camera was probably set to the wrong mode. The camera can be in either UDF or FAT mode. The camera cannot use a FAT formatted card in UDF mode and vice-versa.

Re: SD ENG Lens on Sony F5

Re: F5: noisy picture when recording 1 fps and shutter off
If the shutter is off the exposure is 1 second, so like any camera with a very long exposure the image will be noisier. Noise builds up over time, so the longer the exposure the more the noise. Best to use a lower ISO or EI when using a long exposure.
