Down load to fcpx pmw 200

Hi Just picked up a pmw 200 yesterday replacing my FX1 and I have no idea. So please be kind
Could some kind soul tell me, step by step, how I go to transfer clips into FCPX. with the 400 fire wire?
There are a number of examples on youtube on the earlier exir, simply switching to media mode?
But where is that on the 200?
