F800 720 24p

Post by Adventure Media » June 5th, 2011, 10:35 pm

I am having problems with my PDW F800. I just started shooting for a new client that wants 720 24p. For some reason every time I shoot 24 in 720 the picture is jumping. Logos in the background seem to shake up and down every so slightly. I've never had this problem with any camera I've shot in 24 p. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Are you seeing this on the camera output or the recorded footage? It's not a problem I have heard of before.

I'm only seeing it on the recorded footage. Could it be a DF/NDF issue? I believe I'm shooting in DF.

DF/NDF only affects timecode so should have no effect on the image performance.
