Hi, wondering if anyone can help me with an audio problem on my EX1R. Lately ive found that the input 2 on the XLR is really bad. I attached a shotgun mic to it the other day and could hardly hear anything. Input 1 is fine but im hardly getting anything from input 2. Im thinking i may have done something with the settings without knowing? Anyone any ideas? Thanks.

I have an EX3 but I think they have similar controls
Have you checked the switch near the XLR Socket to ensure it is not in the "Line" position, if your mic is phantom powered it needs to be in the +48V position
In the Audio Set Menu of the camera check "TRIM CH-2 is somewhere near the default -41 dBu
In the Audio Set menu check that EXT CH Select is set to CH-1/CH-2
Forgive me if I have suggested things you have tried already
