PMW 350 Camera glove?

Post by Woody » May 23rd, 2011, 10:55 am

Any know of a camera glove for the PMW350? I used to have a Kata neoprene one for my DSR- but believe Kata haven't made one for the 350?

I'm aware of the Porta Brace one, but have never really liked portabrace camera gloves- find them a bit bulky..

Anyone know of any good products out there?

Cheers!

I work for the BBC, and we've just got LOADS of 350/500s to replace the DVcams.
we've all got this Frogskin cover..fits well and has some nice features, but I'm told the neoprene acts like a sponge so be careful getting it we!

I have had a Portabrace on my 350 for 12months now and it is very good
at first i was skeptical of the new material that is being used but it has proved itself in all weather
also the wet weather cover that rides in the side pocket will save your camera in unpredictable conditions
the rear part that covers the battery is also extremely expandable for radio receivers etc

I have used portabrace since 1989 on various sony 2/3 cameras and IMHO you cant beat them
while katas I have used on other peoples cameras dont seem to last as long or have the handy accessories
