Picture profile

I have FS5 and I am looking to build a picture profile to use for weddings, something that I don't have to grade later and looks good straight out of the camera. I really like the look of the REC709 (800%). Has anyone else had any luck playing around with the Picture Profile settings for this Gamma? If so, what values are you using?
