SONY XDCAM HD PDW-F335 ERROR 20-818

I have a big problem with my SONY XDCAM HD PDW-F335. The disk not ejected and appear "error 20-818". Can be this repaired ? Or always I have problem with my camera ?
I'm sure it can be repaired, but I don't know how much this will cost. Sometimes the drive gears of the loading mechanism can jump and this will prevent discs from being loaded or unloaded. I have found that you are more likely to get loader problems if you transport the camera with a disc in it. If you bump the camera, the added weight of the disc in the mechanism increases the risk of damage. Later cameras now have an updated loader mechanism.
There is a rubber cap that can be removed that reveals a screwdriver slot to allow you to manually eject a stuck disc.
