This doesn't include any of your two lenses of choice, but might be of interest anyway.
I use a Nikon 28-70mm f./2,8. It has an aperture ring and it is very sharp, even full open. However, it breathes when focused and it also suffers from back focus irregularities. It is a good compromise for everyday shooting situations where you simply don't have the time for juggling around with different glass.

You can still use lenses without an iris ring. If you turn the body of the MTF adapter it will operate the iris.
