How to shoot 240 fps with the F5 and F55

I know a lot of people struggle with getting the high speed modes to work on the F5 and F55.

For a start if you want to shoot at 120fps, then you use S&Q mode. In addition in the camera menu, under S&Q Motion to go above 60fps you need to set High Frame Rate Mode to Full Scan.

If you want to shoot at 240fps then this is only available with the R5 raw recorder. To be able to get to 240fps you have to turn off the cameras internal recording. So first set the camera Cine EI mode in base settings. This turns the R5 on. The go to the "Recording" menu and set Rec Control to AXS (not SxS & AXS). This turns of the SxS recording and will allow you to shoot at up to 240fps.
