Hi Team,

Please suggest me which zoom lens is suitable to my SONY F3K camcorder.

Now I am using NIKON SIGMA 500mm telephoto lens. But i am not able to get quality in that.

Any Nikon zoom will work with the correct adapter (MTF?). Or you can get a more expensive powered Canon adapter that will control the electronic iris and then use any Canon mount lens. If you use an electronic controller you will then get the benefit of image stabilisation where the lens has it.

Zoom lenses always tend to be a compromise in terms of large aperture/good zoom range/good image quality. It is rare to get all 3 at the same time unless you spend a lot of money. I would recommend something in either the 24-70mm f2.8 range or 17-35mm f2.8 range. There are several options from Sigma, Tamron, Canon and Nikon.

There is also the dedicated sony zoom designed specifically for the F3 but this is f3.5 maximum.
