Using SxS of F3 as proxy of Demini444 DPX on Davinci Resolov

The idea was to shot on F3 sxs and DPX on Gemini444 at the same time, then edit footage from SxS in FCP7, export XML to Davinci 11 and recapture DPX for grading. TC is the same on SxS and DPX. But Davinci douse not recapture DPX. Any ideas? Thanks
