SxS adapter for PMW-F5

I've recently upgraded from the F3 to the F5 (4K enabled) and despite my asking the question "Can I use my MxM adapters and Lexar 150MB/sec cards with the F5"? received no answer and was forced to order to take advantage of the 0% fiance deal. For 4k, we will record onto a Pix-E5 but for day to day 2k or HD I'd like to go on using my media from the F3, especially when the two shoot together. I gather the MxM interface isn't suitable for the F5 but are there other that will? I've growled at the dealership but while I wait their opinion, I thought I'd throw it open to the real experts out there!
