ISSUE WITH PHU-220R HARD DISK

Hi Alister,
I need your urgent resolving method.....for this issue.....because i dropped shooting in the middle of programme. i am fascing a big problem with my PHU-220R HARD DISK.
PHU-220R hard disk is not getting record…..when i am connecting to SONY F3K its showing "media error, media needs to be restore, unsupported files"
Its getting record only 12 seconds then after its showing above error messages.
Could you please suggest me how can i get resolve this problem.
