CANON YJ19x9B4 IRS SX12 IF19x B4 2/3" lens on Sony EX3?

I'm a longtime user of the Sony EX3 and I'm looking to step up my wildlife footage a little. I've come across a CANON YJ19x9B4 IRS SX12 IF19x B4 2/3" 2x Extender Lens and was wondering if it can be used with the EX3 with an adapter and if so what adapter? Also will my quality be better than the stock lens....also, being that it is a 2/3" lens what will be my 35mm focal length equivalent?

I very much doubt that this will improve your image quality, if anything it will degrade the image quality as this is an SD lens designed for a larger sensor that would have bigger pixels.
