How i get the best quality full HD video in the EX3 ?

I have a work with the EX3 camera 2 months and still do not know how to take video at 1920x1080, and also get the highest quality in pixels ...

please any help would save me do that


in the menu on the camera, what should I do? :?:

The 1080 HQ modes are 1920 x 1080 full resolution. 1080 SP is 1440 x 1080.
