How do i connect two wireless mics to an xdcam? i know it might be a dumb question, but my friend and i tried connecting two receivers to the xdcam but only the receiver connected to channel 1 was picking up sound from its respective transmitter. is it even possible to have two wireless mics [with different frequencies, of course] connected to an xdcam?

Re: two wireless mics to an xdcam
Which camera are you using?
I'm presuming the two mic receivers were plugged into the camera via the 2 XLR connectors?
Did you change the microphone settings on channel 2 from the front (top mic) to rear (ie XLR connector) and from auto to manual?
Also, be careful not to knock the little switch just above the XLR connector to Line. If you did this you wouldn't be able to hear anything from the mic.

You may also need to check in the audio menu that you are not routing the Audio 1 external input to both channels 1 and 2. You need to have 1 to 1 and 2 to 2.
