Hi all,

I am after a new mic mount for my ex1.

The current one doesn't allow my NTG2 to fit in the holder. So i I need something better and more practical.

I have seen the Ktex- mic holder with flat board.

Let me know if this is good. or anybody has any setups.

Have faced the exact same issue.
I just ran the XLR mic cable back through the holder, using it to take up the extra space and that created a snug fit for the Rode.
Problem solved and a much cheaper solution.

Sony make a rubber sleeve part number 317988201 which will hold a Rode NTG-2 in the original holder. It is available from dealers
