Is the F3 dead? didn't really seem to catch on in real broadcast circles.

i think that HDCamSr is the standard delivery media that most networks have required. That maybe changing but the format is 10 bits 4:2:2. That all that makes me think it.

well, i am not actually sure. i think bbc standards are fairly tight and 8bit does not hold up as well pushing it in post. So, i am only guessing.

I am considering using FS-100 cameras as B cameras to a F3 for broadcast work on a reality show instead of EX3's and nanoflash. Judging by Alisters comparision of the two, they should cut together just fine, perhaps better than the EX3 with the F3. However, I noticed that the HDMI out is 8bit 4:2:2 ...
