No picture profiles-Cinegamma profiles ???

Just upgraded to 300k. V1.12 Love it! Have a question about the picture profiles. Have the standard 6 profiles but none of of the cinegamma etc. Do I need to download something to have these other profiles?? The Standard 6 all appear to be the same?
