Getting desperate

Hi all,
I'm getting pretty close to desperate here. Fired up my PMW-F3 this morning. And no audio from the minijack headphone output. Indicators showed something - and checking the footage after, audio was fine. But when played, no audio on the internal speaker either.
Only way to monitor sound, is via the phono output on the side. Currently I have a phono to minijack converter - but it kind of sucks.
What have missed? Been trough the menu 100 times. And Google don't seem to have the answer...
p.s. Did a full reset of the camera - no luck...
