PMW-100 Pan Stuttering

Post by pablodewey » March 7th, 2013, 8:31 pm

Not sure what is going on with my camera settings, but when I pan the camera I am getting choppy stuttering in the recorded images. Have tried messing with the flicker settings and shutter speed but not coming up with a solution here. One friend suggested it might be an edit issue. Recording with these camera settings HD422 50 1080 59.94i Any thoughts friends? Thanks, Paul Dewey deweymedia.com

Hi Paul

This problem is it when you play from camera or when captured onto Hard drive and play in time line?

Andy, Seems to be a playback issue. No better when I render.

I suspect it will be a problem with your edit setup. What happens when you playback the footage in the camera?
