XD CAM PHU-22OR shows error message "no codec"

Hi Alister,

Thank you for your support and advices...

I am facing a problem with XDCAM TRANSFER FILES from PHU-220R hard disk....getting error message like "NO CODEC INCOMPLETE" When i am importing the files from PHU-220R cybershot hard disk through XD-CAM TRANSFER software.

Please find attached screen shot of that particular error message and give me the procedure to overcome this problem.

Appreciate your advice and suggestion in due course.

The codec is part of the Final Cut Pro installation. Make sure you are running FCP7 and its up to date. This is very old software as has now been replaced by XDCAM-Browser.

how can i import files through xd cam browser.....can i have the procedure....
