A7R3 Color Balance Presets

How would one go about determining the the values for the video color balance presets on the Sony A7RIII? I've searched on-line for the color balance temps and have come up empty. I looked in the manual but did not see it. The Kelvin degree settings I'm interested in are Shade, Cloudy, Fluorescent:Warm White, Fluorescent: Cool White, Fluorescent: Day White and Fluorescent: Daylight. Thanks - Dan
