I am doing a shoot next week on the FS700 and was wondering what the difference is between 1080 30p FX and 1080 30p FH? I dont have an external recorder, just a Sandisk extreme pro SD card.

Is it possible to shoot 240 fps without a nanoflash/external recorder?

I tried and am getting what looks like dropped frames or skipping.

FX is higher quality than FH, it uses more data to reduce compression artefacts.

The FS700 should record perfectly smooth 240fps internally.
