PMW-f320 vs PMW-f350 image quality?

I'm looking at seeling my PDW-F335 1/2" with a Fujinon xs17x5.5brm lense.
I know the pMW-f350 is an excellent camera, but is it worth the extra ??? over the 320?
I want to go for the autofocus lense on the 320/350 as they are lighter (and autofocus can sometimes be usefull) and not add my existing lense.

I mainly shoot weddings and sometimes have low lit reception venues, so low light capability is a plus. Would the 320 blacks look crushed in low light over the 350?

Also, we have EX-1's for some side shots. Would it be easy enough to match the images from an EX1 with a 320 or 350 on the timeline?

You confused me for a moment calling it the PMW-F350 when you mean the PMW-350.

The PMW-350 and in my opinion the PMW-320 are both a fair bit better than the older PDW-F*** series cameras. The 350 and 320 both match the EX1 very well, better than the F335. The PMW-320 is very similar to the EX3 and EX1 in terms of image quality. It has the same sensors, so low light performance will be the same as the EX1, however improved processing means there is a little bit less noise. The 350 is more sensitive by about 1 stop so will produce a brighter picture than the EX1 in the same lighting conditions. It is also much less noisy so you can afford to use more gain before the pictures deteriorate. At +9db the 350 has about the same amount of noise as the EX1.
