PMW500 - S&Q mode access

Hi
How do I access S&Q (Overcrank/Undercrank) mode on my PMW500. Followed: Menu - Op - Rec Function - (all options not available).
I have FirmWare Ver 1.1 in the 500 but no optional boards installed.

menus..
OPs-formatt-HD line system change from 1080-720.
Ops-Rec function-slow/quick ON. Select frame rate 1 fps-60fps
Clear out of menus.
No audio in this mode
Won't work if Picture Cache is on, or if picture cache is assigned to switch 2
To switch back
Ops-Formatt-HD line System 720-1080.
Check that the production will be able to edit with the 720 footage. As an example we can't deal with it for BBC News in the quantel/jupiter server systems. Final Cut Pro is perfectly happy with it though!

Many thanks - I have successfully set up the S&Q mode in my 500. I had Picture Cache assigned to button 2 - which was the issue! Thank you for your help.
