Black Clips

Hi

just wondering if anyone has encountered this problem and apologies if it has already been answered but I could not find it. I have a sony adaptor card that Ive just uploaded to clip browser. It is a sony sdhc adaptor and Ive never had an issue with it. But today I cannot see any of the clips in clip browser. I can play and see them in camera. I can see the individual folders and info when downloaded but I cannot play the clips on my macbook. The clips are just black in clip browser and the info at the bottom of each one says it is 00.00 in length. I have restored in camera and it said 100% complete but still nothing in clip browser.

would appreciate if anyone had a solution

Not heard of that one before. Sounds like there may be some kind of corruption somewhere.

You might have found the solution by now. If not, I can only think of the Clip Browser itself. If you don't have the latest version you will get an black image. Try updating
