XDCAM Browser problems

Hi, i really need some help!
I installed Xdcam browser via the sony pro website, but when i click on the icon of XdCam browser i get this for like 3 seconds:
http://imageshack.us/f/703/brwser.png and then it disappears and nothing shows up anymore..
I really don't know what to do anymore. First i installed Xdcam Transfer (that also didtn't work), then somebody told me that because i have Lion (and not Snow Liopard) i should use Browser.
Does anybody know what i have to do right now?
