PP EX3 to 350

hello,
do somebody know a good picture profile that matches an EX3 to an 350. i am on a production where both cameras will do interviews togehter.
last question: is it possible to get an return signal (in the viewfinder) via BNC cabel from one camera to the other one? i know it would work with two PDW 700
