Also in 1.1 I have the problem that the cam looses date/time settings. Even after a few minutes switched off (not even changing batteries). Or does a complete init and all goes to default. Is this a known issue?
I was also curious if anyone else was experiencing this – mine has this issue as well. Along with the LCD screen being brighter than what is recorded, codec smearing in 4K, etc..
At what ISO/Gain level are you seeing smearing? The FS5 uses a lot of noise reduction and this introduces smearing above 6400 ISO. Do you have the VF gamma assist turned on?
Not a known issue and not right. You need to send it back.
